We provide espresso training for customers with all levels of experience, from those that are new to espresso through to refresher courses for the experienced Barista.
Training is free for wholesale customers. 

Beginner barista night classes are held at the training room in our Roastery in Devonport. This is a great way to get a solid foundation on the skills needed to make great coffee. 

It's our experience that the training courses are more effective when class sizes are kept small, with no more than 4 students, so that everyone can get hands-on with adequate coffee machine time. The sessions are usually 2 hours in length, and while there is absolutely no substitute for real cafe experience this is a great way to start.

For more experienced staff we can tailor make a training session for you at a time and place that suits.
