This decaf is so good you won't believe it's decaf... we didn't at first and had to check to make sure! The caffeine is removed gently by filtration following a bath of pure water from the glaciers of some of the highest mountains in North America. If the caffeine must be parted from the coffee bean this sounds like a nice way to do it! The ultra modern new generation decafeination plant is capable of handling small batches enabling the use of top quality beans from small holders.

Once we get our hands on the raw decaf beans we slow roast them to a lovely medium dark colour to promote sweetness and body. The end result is a fantastic cup of coffee, which just happens to have no decaf!
