The Mercury is the workhorse of the Vibiemme range with proven reliability. This machine has two steam arms, two coffee making group heads and one hot water tap. Features Vibiemme's patented E61 Grouphead and a large 10 litre boiler. The 2 group Mercury Electronic is the machine of choice for medium high volume sites.

This fully electronic machine handles the extraction start/stop process automatically (also known as automatic).
