The Replica is a classic design based very closely on Ernesto Valente’s original E61 machine. This model has been re-engineered in Italy and upgraded with a larger boiler, specifically for New Zealand cafe conditions (i.e. because we like milk so much!). Features Vibiemme's patented E61 Grouphead, two steam arms, two coffee making groups and a hot water tap. This elegant manual machine uses classic lever type extraction operation.
