The Major is the biggest flat burr grinder that Mazzer produce, capable of handling 30 kg+ coffee per week. The flat burrs on the Major are larger and grind more coffee in a shorter time than the Super Jolly. They also last longer - 600 kg between changes.

We recommend this grinder for high volume cafe sites.
