The Major is the biggest flat burr grinder that Mazzer produce, capable of handling up to 30 kg of coffee per week. The flat burrs on the Major are larger and grind more coffee in a shorter time than the Super Jolly. They also last longer - 600 kg between changes.

We recommend this grinder for high volume cafe sites.
